Handover MPC 3.300T- ROCHEFORT for German Briese Company

On January, 3rd, 2011, at Hai Phong equipment manufacture and shipbuilding company.,ltd_ Lisemco and shipowner held solemnly handover ceremony of MPC 3.300 named ROCHEFORT for German Brisese Company . This is the first Ship handed over by Lisemco in 2011, is the ship No6 and is the last ship in the contract which was signed between Lisemco and Briese in the new building of 3.300 ton universal ship. The product is handed over on time ensuring strict technical and artful requirements from Shipowner and Register.

Attending in the ceremony were Mr Jan de Looff- Holand Briese General Directoron behalf of Shipowner, Mrs Ilona Kopytova- CEO of Briese Company, Mr Le Thanh Binh- Director from Viet Nam GL Register; Mr Phi Van Duc- Director of Viet Nam Chamber of Industry in Hai Phong, Mr Bui Duc Quang- Committee member, Secretary of Hai Phong Communist Youth Union; Mr Tran Viet Khanh- General Director of Hai Phong equipment manufacture and shipbuilding Co.,Ltd together with relevant Representatives from Shipowner, Sub-contractors, Bank, Register and Presses, News Agencies joining and releasing.

In opening speech, Mr Tran Viet Khanh affirmed that No6 Ship_ ROCHEFORT is handed over on time ensuring strict technical and artful requirements from Shipowner and Register, especially, the ship is completed for record time of 2.5 months. It is the result of determination and seriousness once Lisemco has undertaken with Shipowner. Adressing the ceremony, Mr General Director emphasived that Lisemco has been currently performing strategic simultaneous methods for anti-squander, reasonable re-arrangement of production, innovating management system following modern model in order to increase labor capacity, reduce excessive cost and speed up construction progress, Lisemco is determined to step by step make Lisemco Branch become one of the first branch in Viet Nam region in the field of shiupbuilding and mechanical manufacture.

With high appreciation of 3.300T ship quality and kind co-operation from Lisemco, representative of Shipowner- Mr Jan de Looff affirmed: “ We recognize Ship quality which is newly built by Lisemco because Lisemco has been simultaneously received two awards from Viet Nam Government and Department of Industry. Furthermore, Lloyd’s List is a publication which is the top and prestigious one of marine department, has represented this success of Lisemco.” Therefore, he is extremely proud and easefull of co-operation with Lisemco and he do hope that, his Company not only continues co-operating with Lisemco in the Contract of 4.200 T series but also prolonging co-operation in new building of Ships with larger burden.

Representative of GL Register, Mr Le Thanh Binh emphasized that, comparing to the first ship, Lisemco spent 3 years completing, but from this Ship, the time has been shortened within 11 months and especially, in 2,5 months after launching; this is a large success of Lisemco, thank to which Lisemco becomes a realiable address for Shipowners ,particularly oversea Shipowner.

It is 3.00T Saimax ship that is the product honored to be one of Viet Nam Top 50 Golden Products in intrgration period and this Ship is also typical product helping Lisemco to reach appellations - Top Ten Vietnamese Manufacturing of mechanical equipment, machine enterprises and Vietnamese prestigious branch in 2011 selected by Vietnam Brand Online Magazine.
