The conference drew participation of Mr. Tran Viet Khanh - Party Secretary, Chairman of the Board and General Director of the Company, Ms. Truong Thi Ngoc Hang - Union Chairman, Deputy General Director of the Company with members of the Board of Directors, representatives from Party Executive Committee, Union Executive Board, Secretary, Youth Executive Board, and over 100 major officers representing more than 1400 employees company.

The conference summarized and assessed the achievements that the company has won, the difficulties outstanding in 2013, and the plan for 2014.

 Board of Directors and representatives took part in the conference. 

Giving speech at the conference, Mr. Pham Dinh Tung - Head of Planning reported: "Results of the 2013 business plan implementation and draft plan for 2014". In 2013, the economy still faces many difficulties and challenges, but the company has steadily overcome those difficulties. Specifically, company revenue in 2013 was done 1,035 billion VND, revenue reached 103.2% of the plan, and the average income of employees was 5 million VND. However, the report also clearly showed the existed problems such as Company did not achieve profit targets. The report stated: "The remedy of these problems to ensure profitable is the biggest task in 2014". In the report, business tasks and plan in 2014 were presented as: "The business targets in 2014; Business work; Human resource management and staffing; Investment work; Quality control, Internal works.” 

Mr. Pham Đinh Tung – Chief of Planning Investment Dept gave a speech at the conference.

In the event, Mr. Do Xuan Dung – Chief of Sale purchasing Department presented Marketing and capital withdrawal, Mr. Doan Ngoc Anh presented personnel and staffing.

In regards to quality management, Mr. Nguyen Van Doanh brought to conference a vivid report with images and the numbers reflecting the actual quality of the company's products. He emphasized that: "In 2013, the quality of the company’s products has been confirmed with a variety of good assessment from Customers but there still have been some weaknesses needing to rectify and complete. In 2014, the Company needs to further strengthen the management of product quality and comply with new procedure for quality management of the company”.

Mr. Nguyen Van Doanh- Chief of Quality Control Dept gave a speech. 

During the meeting, Representatives for the employees in the units have discussed, expressed their opinions about the quality issues pointed out by Mr. Nguyen Van Doanh in the report, at the same time they commented the outstanding problems in the workshops, teams in the past year and the measures to overcome this year.

Addressing at the conference, Mr. Tran Viet Khanh - General Director of Lisemco., JSC praised the remarkable achievements that company employees have goaled in recent years, and wished the Company continue promoting and striving for further development in the next stage.

The conference also witnessed the signing ceremony: "The emulation covenant between General Director, Chairman of union, Chiefs of departments, and workshops leaders committing the implementation of the registered volume", and rewarded for 4 units having excellent trade union and labor movement in 2013; for the unit under the registered project: "Vung Ang Thermal Power Plant project"; for 2 units complete emulation in last 3 months of 2013.

General Director and Chairman of union signed 2014 emulation commitment
